Our current licence remains valid for the next three years, reflecting our ongoing commitment to excellence in feline care.
Our facility is fully covered by insurance, providing added peace of mind that your pets are in safe and responsible hands. On-site, we have two qualified professionals, both certified in Advanced Pet First Aid (Licence Number: LI/19/01263/ANBOAR), ensuring that your cat receives the highest standard of care at all times.

While we understand the desire to reserve a specific cat room in advance, we cannot guarantee this option. Instead, you will receive confirmation about your cat's accommodation the day before your check-in date. This method allows us to address each cat's individual needs and ensure that the room size is suitable for the number of cats in your household. We also need to take into account return dates of previous guests and upcoming arrivals to facilitate around your own in and out dates.

This space is perfect for nervous felines seeking a quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle of customers and other cats. Enjoy the tranquil view of the outdoor area over looking the dive shop car park, with the option to observe through the manor house window, complete with shutters for added privacy. Your cats will feel safe and comfortable in this peaceful environment.
